Our largest and most well-equipped meeting space, the Hangar offers comfortable, fabric seating, a full stage, 28-ft screen, and professional lighting and sound. A Muskoka Woods technician ensures your event — whether a church service, concert, or keynote — is delivered with excellence.
Perfect for: large gatherings, worship nights, keynote speakers.

Music Hall

The Music Hall is Muskoka Woods’ second largest retreat meeting room, centrally located on camp with a standing capacity of 300. Equipped with an elevated stage, centered screen, sound system, and lighting rig, it’s perfect for worship, presentations, or group breakouts.

Fieldhouse Gymnasium
Main Gym Standing Capacity: 700
Conference Room Capacity (2 rooms): 50 per room
Our state-of-the-art retreat venue, the Fieldhouse Gymnasium, hosts up to 700 for indoor retreat activities like dodgeball, volleyball, and team-building challenges. This large retreat center can be split into two zones, with two upper-level conference rooms seating 50 each. It’s ideal for breakout groups or planning sessions.

The Leadership Studio

Located on the shores of Lake Rosseau, the Leadership Studio is one of Muskoka Woods’ most inspiring meeting retreat venues. This 4,000 sq. ft. energy-efficient building offers cozy, fireplace-warmed spaces that never feel like a classroom. Ideal for reflection, learning, and leadership development, it doubles as a comfortable and inviting retreat conference room.
